Actress Patty Duke has passed away at the age of 69. She was best know for starring in her own sitcom, The Patty Duke Show where she played identical twin cousins, and for her role as Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of 16.
